N.C. Episode 0: A Free Nutrition Course
The general public needs a truth bomb on nutrition. Now it won't be hidden behind a paywall. This is one of those surprisingly impactful courses that can change your life and debunk many prior beliefs
The Blueprint
Which diet is the best for fat loss? For muscle gain? Which will get me there the fastest? Is it ok to feel normal in a unhealthy environment?
Physical, psychological, physiological realms are the target here and I want to equip you with the knowledge to handle them all.
Over a series of episodes I will provide you the knowledge, tools and service as a coach would (minus the accountability). This will include Excel items, docs, cheat codes and more… The works. This will be mostly based on science, but many things are not quantifiable; Like how to manage hunger or shifting perspectives to achieve long-term-well-being.
Your messages are always welcomed if you are having specific challenges and wish for me to include them in the course. I aim to provide value, so that is what I will do. Only you can make this the best course for the general public with your input.
There will be times where I’ll offer specific guidance and a timeline to do things. The nutrition course will be general advice spread across the board that anybody could use. Any specific challenges you may have may need to be addressed in a more professional manner by a psychiatrist for example.
We’ll focus on building a solid foundation, which is crucial for long-term success. Nobody needs to specialize in (name the diet). You will know when you find out that they all work in their own special way (sorry for the spoiler alert.) There is a reason why people who have been in this realm for many years can give you the pros and cons of most diets; Because they have the foundations down. Ultimately, the best nutrition experts practice the classic Bruce Lee method. You can take a little from almost every diet and make your own, specialized personalized way of life. If items fit into a cute little box perfectly, it’s probably too good to be true, like politics; Extremism in any degree is often not the answer.

I must note, the course will never be done because an active diet is never done. You will continue to receive recipes and such from me, but also a diet is a lifelong subject; Living, dynamically changing.
The Why Lifeline
Now why am I doing it? Great question, I’m glad you asked.
Well, consider the general public. I don’t need to list endless statistics like some computer for you to know that the public is losing the battle against obesity. Multiple forces are rooting against you. Marketing agencies spending billions to manipulate you, food scientists creating new mixtures of foods to addict you, massive amounts of misinformation behind diets and supplements by influencers for monetary gain. Don’t get me started. I’m here to offer a lifeline to you. We may be losing the battle as a whole, but I’m determined to be on the right side of history.
This is free! I get nothing out of it but the satisfaction of a healthy environment. Perhaps I am not the very best cream-of-the-crop PhD diet expert of the world… But I definitely learn from of them. I read the studies. I have my own anecdotal experience in myself (Est. 2001) as well as clients anecdotal experiences (Est. 2012). I have taken university courses, I have gotten certifications from top tier programs. Then I once again realized… Most people don’t need to know the oxidation rate of fat after 72 hours of fasting (an example).
So here I am, trying to fight the good fight! Making it free and accessible to anyone who wishes to learn and change their life. What a time. Plus you get cool personalized recipes, some work for efficiency (time); Some for the taste buds and some will just be plain delicious & nutritious.
